OPTCG Meta Tier List EB02: February 17 – Week 3

Hello everyone! It's time for this week's Meta Report in the EB02 meta! I'm presenting it as a Meta Tier List to make it easier to understand how the meta is evolving.

Since our Ranked SIM stats are low, I'll mainly use tournament results for this report, ranking decks based on their performance in recent tournaments and using SIM to help with matchup data.

I'll share the Ranked SIM stats (games played and win rate) for each deck, but since the game numbers are low, they won't be the most accurate, so take them with a pinch of salt. The same for the matchups, I didn't include those with extremely low games.

Tier Explanation

To create this Meta Tier list, I used data from tournaments, online ranked play, and my expertise and opinions of respected players. This tier list will hold meta-staple decks that you'll likely encounter in tournament play and on the SIM.

The decklists shared here come from tournament events or have a balance of high win rate and play rate on the ranked SIM. They can be adjusted based on meta shifts or individual player preferences.

Tier 1: The top performers and most represented decks in the meta. They have good matchups in the current meta and can adapt to different game scenarios. Expect to encounter these decks frequently in tournaments, with players strategizing specifically to counter them.

Tier 2: Popular Meta decks that have solid matchup tables. The Tier 2 decks can rival Tier 1 decks but may have weaknesses, counters, and less representation, holding them back from joining Tier 1.

Tier 3: Comprising less popular decks or those experiencing a decline in performance, Tier 3 includes options that may still show up in tournaments, but are less likely to go far. They often struggle against certain popular matchups. Additionally, this tier encompasses decks with limited data, making it challenging to accurately assess their placement in higher tiers.

Silent Performers: Decks with very little presence in the meta but still managed to recently find success on the ranked ladder or a tournament. They're usually decks in Tier 3 that had an insane run in a tournament.

The best of the best. These decks are always the most brought decks to a tournament and will make it into the top cut. The deck order matters here, from best to worst of Tier 1.

Blue Doflamingo

Blue OP01-060-donquixote-doflamingo saw a huge rise in OP08.5 in both play and win rate. This deck has evolved into a more aggressive playstyle, with many lists cutting out control events to focus on more aggression and higher chances of hitting {The Seven Warlords of the Sea} Characters with the Leader effect. Since then, Blue OP01-060-donquixote-doflamingo has continued to perform in major tournaments, being the number 1 most-played deck in OP09 and OP10 metas. With EB02's release, OP01-060-donquixote-doflamingo sat down to take a break, leaving the spotlight for EB02-010-monkeydluffy. However, OP01-060-donquixote-doflamingo was quickly back on his feet, fighting off the EB02-010-monkeydluffy and is now rivaling it for the number 1 spot.

SIM Stats: Games: 529 Win rate: 57.8%

The Blue Doffy deck heavily relies on Leader effect to cheat out {The Seven Warlords of the Sea} Characters. This uses up 1 less Don when playing a 4-cost, Character and you're still using two of those Dons to boost your Leader attacks, forcing more Counter cards from the opponent. Leader effect will help you go wider on the field and create more value, as the Character you'll play will be from the top of the deck. We also can't forget about OP07-045-jinbe, a premium card for your strategy, building up that wide board of attackers.

The plan is to develop multiple Characters and unleash a barrage of attacks, forcing opponents to use up their Counter cards to protect rested Characters or their Leader. If they fail to control the field, they'll end up overwhelmed with multiple attacks each turn.

ST17-002-trafalgar-law and OP08-047-jozu have been key cards in this deck, returning one of the opponent's Characters' to their hand and making it difficult for them to match your field development.

Blue Doflamingo has an amazing matchup table, beating all of the decks in the meta except for Yellow Enel. It's slightly unfavored against Green Bonney, and has a close matchup against the other 2 top decks, Black Rob Lucci and Black Yellow Luffy.

Good Against: Black Teach, Purple Luffy.

Close Matchup: Red Shanks, Green Bonney, Red Green Smoker, Green Purple Luffy.

Bad Against: Black Blue Usopp, Black Yellow Luffy, Yellow Enel, Black Lucci.

Green Purple Luffy

Loading...
If you see this for too long, please disable AdBlock and try to reload the page...

The newest deck in the One Piece TCG combines Green and Purple colors and the {Straw Hat Crew} Pirates. With every new deck, players are quick to experiment with, trying different builds to find what are the best cards to include. Till now, the deck continues to evolve, and I'm not exactly sure if players have yet figured out a list they're confident is the best to play in OP10.

Regardless, Green Purple Luffy has been the biggest rival for Blue Doflamingo, even claiming the number 1 spot in the EB02 meta. As players learned to adapt to the aggression of GP Luffy, Blue Doflamingo came back, fighting for its first place, and now we're witnessing a fierce battle between Luffy and Doflamingo.

SIM Stats: Games: 752 Win rate: 53.3%

The list I'll share performed in a major tournament in Japan, but players aren't completely bought on the OP09-073-brook.

For EB02-010-monkeydluffy to work, your field must have only {Straw Hat Crew} type Characters, giving you the ability to deramp for 2 Don and gain 2 Active Don. This is a strong effect, allowing you to make more plays on a specific turn, but you'll have to fall down on the total number of Dons to make use of it. This is why we usually hold off activating this effect, early into the game unless we have our Ramp cards OP07-066-tony-tonychopper and EB02-035-sanji-pudding who can lower the impact of EB02-010-monkeydluffy's drawback.

This deck tries to play aggressively, using EB02-061-monkeydluffy's Rush attack to quickly pressure your opponent's Leader and try to take a Life card. Additionally, EB02-061-monkeydluffy can go for a second attack on the same turn, threatening to take another Life card if you target their Leader. The two attacks effect in one turn is the main reason why this deck is strong in OP10 meta, and if you boost EB02-061-monkeydluffy's Power for those two attacks, it can win you the game on the spot if you're opponent is at1 Life card.

OP09-078-gum-gum-giant has been one of the strongest defensive events in Purple decks, and since this list is mostly aiming to go for aggressive attacks, OP09-078-gum-gum-giant can be a lifesaver to defend your Leader or even a rested EB02-061-monkeydluffy.

Good Against: Black Teach, Black Blue Usopp.

Close Matchup: Red Shanks, Blue Doflamingo.

Bad Against: Red Green Smoker, Green Bonney, BY Luffy.

  • EB02-019-roronoa-zoro can attack a Character on the turn he's played if your opponent has 2 Characters in play. Since EB02-019-roronoa-zoro can rest a 4-cost Character, we can attack that Character and try to KO it.

Tier 1.5

Black Marshall D. Teach

Loading...
If you see this for too long, please disable AdBlock and try to reload the page...

If you're sick of playing Rob Lucci and want to dip your toes in another Black control deck, with a different playstyle, then Black Marshall D. Teach is the deck to play in OP10 meta.

SIM Stats: Games: 2007 Win rate: 52.5%

OP09-081-marshalldteach uses control cards to keep the opponent's side of the field under check. However, OP09-081-marshalldteach changes the rules, preventing you from activating On Play effects, so you'll have to build the deck with that in mind. Additionally, you can share those rules with the opponent, disrupting specific turns where they rely on On Play effects in their strategies.

OP09-090-doc-q, EB01-051-finger-pistol, and OP09-098-black-hole are control cards to KO opponent's Characters and prevent them from posing a threat. The list has a couple of cost-reduction cards like OP09-083-van-augur that synergize with your removal cards, enabling you to target higher-cost threats.

OP09-086-jesus-burgess is a key Character in this list, often becoming a win condition if your opponent can't remove it from play. As you put more cards in your Trash, OP09-086-jesus-burgess will gain more Power, becoming a massive threat and a heavy hitter that your opponent can't Counter.

OP10-082-kuzan has been a strong addition to the Black Teach deck in OP10 meta. Played on the field, he's extremely difficult to remove thanks to his effect, shutting down the opponent's removal effects. On your upcoming turn, after you've attacked with him, you can trash him to play a 5-cost {Blackbeard Pirates} type Character from your trash like OP09-083-van-augur and then activate their cost-reduction effect.

OP09-093-marshalldteach is the strongest late-game play, negating the effects of one of the opponent's Characters and their Leader. He'll also stick on the board as a high-power blocker, preventing one of the opponent's attacks from connecting with your Leader.

Good Against: Red Shanks, Green Bonney, Black Rob Lucci, Black Yellow Luffy, Yellow Enel, RP Luffy, Black Smoker

Close Matchup: Black Blue Usopp, Purple Luffy, Red Green Smoker

Bad Against: Blue Doflamingo, Green Purple Luffy.

Black Rob Lucci

Loading...
If you see this for too long, please disable AdBlock and try to reload the page...

OP07-079-rob-lucci is making a comeback in the tournament scene, and despite it having low stats on the SIM, it's rivaling the Marshall D. Teach deck in tournament results.

SIM Stats: Games: 173 Win rate: 46.2%

Black Rob Lucci is one of the strongest decks in the game at the control strategy, the main objective is to KO threats before they get the chance to attack. The deck uses OP05-093-rob-lucci to KO two targets and replays OP05-093-rob-lucci from the trash with cards like EB01-043-spandine and OP06-086-gecko-moria. It has cost-reduction cards to put targets in range for your removal cards to deal with.

OP03-080-kaku has been an important part in combating Blue Doflamingo, KOing one of their 4-cost Characters with the help of your Leaders -1 cost-reduction, and he can't be returned to your hand through ST17-002-trafalgar-law.

OP08-084-jack is the newest addition to Rob Lucci's control strategy. OP08-084-jack will usually be the play for his KO effect once every turn, removing the opponent's threats and forcing them to deal with OP08-084-jack if they want to continue building up a field.

Rob Lucci sticks on the field and can activate his KO effect once per turn. Since he gains 4-cost when played, he can be tough for most decks to remove.

Good Against: Blue Doflamingo, Green Bonney, RP Luffy,

Close Matchup: Green Purple Luffy.

Bad Against: Red Shanks, Black Teach.

  • ST08-002-uta is a cost-reduction option that can activate her effect once per turn, forcing opponents to remove her as soon as possible.
  • OP03-097-six-king-pistol is a defensive Event to protect your Leader. It can help prolong the game and trash a card you don't expect to play on future turns.
  • OP08-079-kaido is a late-game Character that can trash one of the opponent's Characters, bypassing the KO immunity, and will force opponents to trash a card from hand. It's a perfect late-game card, especially against Sabo blocker.
  • OP03-095-soap-sheep gives -2 cost to two of the opponent's Characters, perfect if you're going for the Rob Lucci double KO on low-cost Characters. Great against Blue Doflamingo players.

Purple Luffy

If you see this for too long, please disable AdBlock and try to reload the page...

SIM Stats: Games: 192 Win rate: 50%

This is a ramp deck where Leader OP05-060-monkeydluffy damages himself to gain an Active Don. This accelerates the deck's game plan, letting you play higher-cost Characters a turn earlier than other decks.

4-cost cards are the go-to plays on turn 2 if you're going first, so cards like ST18-004-zoro-juurou and EB01-061-mr2bonkurei-bentham fit perfectly. If you're going second, you can play 5-cost cards on turn 2 like OP05-074-eustasscaptainkid and ST18-003-san-gorou. To go wide on the board, ST18-005-luffy-tarou is your best choice, letting you cheat out a 5-cost or less {Straw Hay Crew} type Character.

The late game has OP09-119-monkeydluffy and OP08-069-charlotte-linlin, both having powerful effects that can shift the game in your favor. OP08-069-charlotte-linlin is the best choice to remove one of the opponent's Characters from play and at the same time you'll gain a Life card, forcing opponents to commit more attacks to win the game.

Good Against: Black Teach, Blue Black Usopp, Black Yellow Luffy, Black Smoker, Green Purple Luffy.

Close Matchup: Red Shanks, Green Bonney.

Bad Against: Blue Doflamingo, Black Rob Lucci.

  • ST10-010-trafalgar-law is great if your opponent is holding on 7 or more cards, trashing 2 of those cards, lowering their resources.
  • OP02-085-magellan-343 can be extremely annoying, forcing your opponent to return a Don and slowing down their upcoming turn. If KO'd, your opponent will have to return 2 Don, so they usually will try to ignore it in the mid-game or have other ways to remove card]OP02-085-magellan-343[/card].

Red Shanks

If you see this for too long, please disable AdBlock and try to reload the page...

Red Shanks feels like one of the safest choices to bring to tournaments, capable of going toe-to-toe with many of the top decks, but isn't crushing specific matchups.

SIM Stats: Games: 839 Win rate: 51.6%

Leader OP09-001-shanks can slow down the opponent's aggression through his effect, weakening their attacks and prolonging games until your win conditions are in play. OP09-009-bennbeckman and OP08-118-silvers-rayleigh are strong mid-game control options to KO an opponent's Character and help shift the field in your favor.

Rush attackers, ST21-014-monkeydluffy and OP07-015-monkeyddragon can put pressure on the opponent, letting you attach rested Don to other attackers, boosting your overall aggression on the turn they're played.

OP09-004-shanks is this deck's strongest play, lowering the Power of all the opponent's Characters and making it easier for you to Counter their attacks.

Many tournament lists are adding OP06-007-shanks, giving you a method to KO a Character with 10,000 Power or less.

Good Against: Black Blue Usopp, Red Green Smoker, Black Rob Lucci.

Close Matchup: Black Teach, Purple Luffy, Blue Doflamingo, Green Bonney, Yellow Enel, Green Purple Luffy.

Bad Against: RP Luffy, BY Luffy, Black Smoker.

Black Smoker

If you see this for too long, please disable AdBlock and try to reload the page...

The third Black control deck that's managing to perform in tournaments. Despite having an extremely low win rate on SIM, it has been making top cuts in East tournaments.

SIM Stats: Games: 301 Win rate: 43.2%

Black Smoker is a control deck, using cards like EB01-046-brook and ST19-003-tashigi to KO opponent's Characters and keep control of the field. ST19-003-tashigi is the strongest new addition to this deck, capable of reducing the cost of one of the opponent's Characters by 4 and then trashes a 0-cost Character. Using the cost-reduction effects from Leader and cards in the list, you can drop high-cost Characters in range for your removal to deal with.

OP06-086-gecko-moria is a must-inclusion in the list, offering late-game value and multiple developments in one turn. We're mostly bringing back OP05-091-rebecca from the Trash and then she can play EB01-046-brook to KO a Character. OP02-117-ice-age can be an important event when going for the OP06-086-gecko-moria, making it easier to put a Character's cost low enough for EB01-046-brook to KO.

With EB02-044-sengoku, you can play a 4-cost or less {Navy} type Character from the trash, further adding to your value strategy.

Good Against: Red Shanks, Blue Doflamingo, Green Bonney, Green Purple Luffy.

Close Matchup: RP Luffy, Red Green Smoker.

Bad Against: Purple Luffy, Black Blue Usopp, BY Luffy, Black Teach.

  • OP02-114-borsalino is a 6,000 Power Blocker, protecting your Leader or rested Characters from one of the opponent's attacks. His KO immunity makes an annoying defensive Character for many decks in the meta.
  • OP07-118-sabo works best against decks that go wide on the field, so it can be an answer for Blue Doflamingo.

Green Bonney

If you see this for too long, please disable AdBlock and try to reload the page...

SIM Stats: Games: 888 Win rate: 55.9%

The Green Bonney deck excels at stalling the game using the Leader's rest effect, slowing down opponent aggression, and buying time to set up your late game. OP08-023-carrot can be frustrating for opponents if they don't remove her from play, capable of keeping a rested Character from becoming Active, further slowing down the opponent's aggression.

The Green deck heavily relies on the Fortress strategy with OP01-051-eustasscaptainkid-701, slowing down aggressive decks like Blue Doflamingo and Green Purple Luffy, and shifting their focus on breaking through your defensive wall.

OP04-031-donquixote-doflamingo and ST16-004-shanks add to that defensive game plan. OP04-031-donquixote-doflamingo keeps three of the opponent's attackers from becoming Active on the upcoming turn, buying you more time to stabilize or even win the game.

As for ST16-004-shanks, he can KO a rested Character, especially useful if that Character has high power that your Characters can't KO through attacks.

OP06-035-hody-jones is the main aggressor, joining the field, resting two of the opponent's Characters, and creating an aggressive 8,000-power attack.

Good Against: Red Purple Luffy, BY Luffy, Green Purple Luffy.

Close Matchup: Red Shanks, Purple Luffy, Blue Doflamingo, Black Blue Usopp, Red Green Smoker.

Bad Against: Black Teach, Black Rob Lucci, Black Smoker.

  • OP06-118-roronoa-zoro is a win condition that many lists I found are running at least 2 copies of, so it's a consideration to add to this list. Playing Roronoa Zoro creates a threat that your opponent will do their best to remove. If they don't, you're looking at 3 devastating attacks that could win you the game.
  • OP07-026-jewelry-bonney is a stall Character, keeping one of the opponent's rested Characters from becoming Active on the upcoming turn. Unlike Carrot, she isn't tied to the cost of the Character, so she can keep high-cost win conditions from becoming Active.

Black Yellow Luffy

SIM Stats: Games: 330 Win rate: 51.2%

This deck wants to drop to 0 Life cards and start activating Leader effect to cheat out the Adult brothers on the field. Gecko Moria is a crucial part of Black Yellow Luffy's game plan, as you'll often need to cheat out the kid brothers from the Trash and develop multiple Characters per turn to threaten more aggression.

Gaining Power on your leader + continuously playing OP04-083-sabo through the kid ST13-007-sabo will make it exceptionally difficult for the opponent to win the game, even if you're at 0 Life cards.

The Luffy lists have multiple control cards like ST13-008-sabo, OP07-109-monkeydluffy, and EB01-059-kingdom-come to KO opponent's key Characters.

Good Against: Red Shanks, Blue Doflamingo, Black Smoker, Black Rob Lucci, Green Purple Luffy.

Bad Against: Black Teach, Purple Luffy, Green Bonney, Red Green Smoker.

  • ST08-006-shirahoshi is a blocker that can protect your Leader from an attack, but she also acts as a cost-reduction play, helping you put a Character in range for one of your KO Characters.

Red Green Smoker

If you see this for too long, please disable AdBlock and try to reload the page...

The recent success of OP10-001-smoker in a major tournament has given it extra points! It did continue that momentum and perform in smaller tournaments, there is definitely a place for this deck among the top meta performers!

SIM Stats: Games: 1520 Win rate: 49.2%

Red Green OP10-001-smoker makes it harder for opponents to KO your {Punk Hazard} and {Navy} type Characters by giving them a +1,000 Power boost during your defensive turn. Additionally, OP10-001-smoker will set up 2 of your Don as Active if you have a 7,000 Power Character in play. This enables you to make more plays in one turn, either putting the extra Don into developing more Characters or going for aggressive attacks, too difficult for opponents to Counter.

This list uses the Fortress strategy, forcing players to find an answer for OP01-051-eustasscaptainkid-701 to get to your Leader. With OP05-030-donquixote-rosinante or OP10-032-tashigi in play, it will be tough for your opponent to break through your defensive wall.

ST21-017-gum-gum-mole-pistol and OP09-009-bennbeckman allow you to remove an Active Character, removing a potential threat. As for OP06-035-hody-jones, he's the aggressor on this, resting two of the opponent's Characters and going for a Rush attack.

Good Against: Black Teach, Purple Luffy, Green Purple Luffy.

Close Matchup: Black Blue Usopp, RP Luffy.

Bad Against: Red Shanks, Blue Doflamingo, Green Bonney.

SIM Stats: Games: 342 Win rate: 44.2%

Leader OP05-098-enel's ability to gain a Life card plays a massive role in this deck's game plan. You're trying to keep the opponent's side of the field in check, preventing them from setting up multiple attackers to pressure you. Using cards like OP07-109-monkeydluffy, OP08-106-nami, and OP03-123-charlotte-katakuri you can control the opponent's mid-game, prolonging the game until your heavy hitters start joining in.

OP04-112-yamato, OP07-119-portgasdace, and EB02-052-enel give your Leader an extra Life card and can KO one of the opponent's Characters, shifting the game in your favor. Eventually, opponents will run out of steam, getting to a point where they don't present a threat to your Leader.

Good Against: Blue Doflamingo, Black Blue Usopp, Red Green Smoker.

SIM Stats: Games: 1813 Win rate: 48.9%

Blue Black OP10-042-usopp is the strongest Dressrosa-type deck in OP10 meta. OP10-042-usopp gives your Dressrosa with a cost of 2 or more +1-cost, which can make it harder for some decks to control your field, but also allows you to activate OP10-058-rebecca's effect without having to play it a turn beforehand.

You also don't run out of resources easily thanks to OP10-042-usopp's effect, drawing you a card whenever your opponent removes though an effect or KO's a {Dressrosa} type Character. You will have to have 5 cards or less in your hand for the draw effect to activate.

OP04-096-corrida-coliseum plays an important part throughout the game, allowing you to attack with your Dressrosa Characters on the turn they're played. However, you can't target the opponent's Leader with the Dressrosa Character for the turn,

OP10-095-roronoa-zoro is great for early control, KOing a 4-cost or less Characters. Combined with a cost-reduction card, you can remove a higher threat from the field.

OP10-058-rebecca is one of your strongest plays, developing two other Characters alongside her, setting you up for a powerful upcoming turn.

Good Against: Blue Doflamingo, Black Smoker.

Close Matchup: Black Teach, Green Bonney, BY Luffy.

Bad Against: Red Shanks, Purple Luffy, RP Luffy, Green Purple Luffy, Red Green Smoker.

SIM Stats: Games: 343 Win rate: 56.3%

Yellow OP10-099-eustasscaptainkid works with {Supernova} type Characters, setting them up as Active and giving them the Blocker keyword. This lets you aggressively attack with those Characters and turn them into a defensive wall to protect your Leader from attacks. We want to take advantage of high-power {Supernova} type Characters like OP10-105-cavendish and OP10-112-eustasscaptainkid, making it harder for opponents to get their attacks through and prolong the game until you can get to your winning turn.

OP10-112-eustasscaptainkid is great for trashing an opponent's Life card, dropping them on resources and making it easier for you to set up a winning attack. OP07-119-portgasdace is there to give you an extra Life card and go for a Rush attack, putting his 10,000 Power to use on the turn he's played.

Green Purple Lim

SIM Stats: Games: 185 Win rate: 47.6%

OP09-022-lim is a Ramp Leader. You have to rest 3 Don to activate her effect, letting you cheat out an {ODYSSEY} type Characters with a cost of 5 or less and giving you 1 rested Don. OP09-022-lim also forces you to play all your Characters rested, so this is a downside as it lets your opponent attack them, forcing you to play Counter cards to protect them. However, many of the cards in this list synergize with rested Characters, so it will play in your favor.

SIM Stats: Games: 266 Win rate: 51%

This is a ramp deck that uses ST10-002-monkeydluffy, OP05-067-zoro-juurou, and EB01-061-mr2bonkurei-bentham to get extra Don and speed up your strategy. This list has multiple high-cost players for a strong late-game, so you want to get there as early as possible.

Although ST10-002-monkeydluffy has only 3 Life cards, its 6,000 Power makes him a tough Leader for opponents to get their attacks through, especially since you have to commit less Counter cards. OP02-004-edwardnewgate-511 gives your Leader +2,000 Power, giving you an extra protection layer on your Leader.

OP09-119-monkeydluffy is one of the strongest plays in this deck, drawing you a card and going for an immediate Rush attack, capable of knocking out a rested Character or targeting the opponent's Leader.

Many lists are adding EB02-061-monkeydluffy, acting as an aggressor that gets you closer to winning the game with the two attack turn.

Blue Purple Vinsmoke Reiju

Loading...
If you see this for too long, please disable AdBlock and try to reload the page...

This deck relies on low-cost Vinsmoke Characters to cheat out their higher-cost versions. This enables a powerful field development but you'll have to return Don, slowing down your upcoming turns. Returning Don activates your Leader effect to draw a card, basically having a draw engine to keep the pressure going. Combined with OP06-069-vinsmoke-reiju's draw effect, you won't run out of resources easily.

OP07-072-porche has given the archetype the ability to adopt a more aggressive game plan, especially if you're able to cheat out OP06-061-vinsmoke-ichiji early into the game. OP06-062-vinsmoke-judge is the strongest play in this deck, developing multiple Characters on the field, and setting the stage for one powerful turn to close out the game.

Blue Nami

Blue Nami remains in the top 10 most-played decks, and although it has a great matchup against most of the meta decks, it gets crushed by the popular Blue Doffy and Purple Luffy, keeping it from taking over the meta.

Overall Stats: Games: 2272 Win rate: 49.2%

If you like playing One Piece with different rules, Blue Nami is the deck for you. You're not looking to control the field or attack the opponent's Leader, instead, the main goal is to survive and mill yourself. Nami changes the game's rules, turning the mill game plan into a win condition. You automatically win the game if you fall to 0 cards in your deck. This forces the opponent to approach the matchup aggressively, trying to close out the game before you drop to 0 cards in the deck.

Red Belo Betty

Alright, I'm not too sure what's going on with Belo Betty, but the Red Yellow Leader has the highest win rate on the SIM, so I'll sneak her into Tier 3.

Overall Stats: Games: 111 Win rate: 64.9%

This is an aggressive {Revoluationary Army} deck that wants to create pressure on the opponent and close out games as soon as possible. Using Leader OP05-002-belo-betty Power boost effect, you can create an insanely aggressive turn, difficult for opponents to counter your attacks. OP05-005-karasu plays an important role as well, making the opponent's Leader more vulnerable to attacks. OP05-004-emporioivankov and OP06-003-emporioivankov enable to go wide on the field, threatening an aggressive upcoming turn.

Closing Words

Phew, alright this is it from me! The EB02 meta continues to evolve as players experiment with less-played Leaders. Although GP Luffy had an insanely early start, many decks are rivaling it and seeing more play as a result.
