The Western and Eastern versions of One Piece Card Game will unite in 2026, with all sets being released at the same time!
The game was first released in Japan, with the English version following about five months after. This has now shortened to around three months with OP11 - A Fist of Divine, as the English version still awaits the release of OP10 – Royal Blood. This has allowed the meta to be explored early for Western players, and even more so for Korean players who are on OP05.
Now, the goal is to make the releases simultaneous for all versions sometime in 2026. Most likely, Bandai will slow down releases in Japan by a month or so and make the West releases a month faster, eventually unifying them.
This is huge news for the game, and will make its popularity even soar higher!
