An exclusive alternative art promo card for OP05-060 has been revealed! The card will be a collaboration between Bandai and Professional Sports Authenticator (more commonly known as PSA), a company that grades cards. This is a big move by both companies, as they establish One Piece Card Game to be one of the biggest one in the market right now.
To obtain the card, players can join the PSA Collectors Club by May 31, 2024 which costs $149 USD per year for the Standard plan and $199 for Premium. Check out the full details below from the post by PSA:

Over a thousand chapters, episodes, games, and movies later, we still don’t know what the ONE PIECE actually is—perhaps it’s the friendships we made along the way.

Introducing the PSA + Bandai ONE PIECE CARD GAME promo card, featuring all of the Straw Hat Pirates on one card for the first time. This textured holofoil Alternate Art Leader card showcases Monkey D. Luffy leading the Straw Hat Crew into battle against the Animal Kingdom Pirates in Wano.
The only way to get this treasure is by joining PSA Collectors Club by May 31. Members will receive their exclusive card in a transparent sealed pack with July’s Pop Culture & TCG issue of PSA Magazine.
