One Piece Card Game maintains a list of Banned and Restricted cards to keep the competitive meta healthy. This applies to officially sanctioned tournaments and events, across all regions:
- Restricted Card: Only one copy of this card is allowed in a deck.
- Banned Card: No copies of this card is allowed in a deck.
Periodically, announcements will be made to add or even remove cards from the list. This the complete list of current Restricted and Banned cards, as well as the changelog of all past history of cards removed from the list.
