One Piece Card Game maintains a list of Banned and Restricted cards to keep the competitive meta healthy. This applies to officially sanctioned tournaments and events, across all regions:
Banned Card: No copies of this card is allowed in a deck.
Restricted Card: Only one copy of this card is allowed in a deck.
Banned Pair Cards: Two cards (Card A and Card B) that cannot be included in the same deck together.
Periodically, announcements will be made to add or even remove cards from the list. Some cards might even receive new versions. This the complete list of current Restricted and Banned cards, as well as the changelog of all past history of cards removed from the list.
